No Show / Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is strict. This is to ensure fewer empty machines that could be filled by people on the waitlist.

The cancellation window is 12 hours before class start. If you cancel within 12 hours of class, you will be charged a $25 penalty fee. If you do not show up for class, you will lose your credit and be charged a $30 penalty fee.

These rules apply to everyone. Please be mindful when booking!
